The Risk Score Report provides a summary of the most current Risk Score and calculates the potential Risk Score if the inconsistencies within the InterRAI Home Care (HC) Assessment are remedied. The report summarizes the Cost Weight of each category and calculates the Cost Weight Total based on the number of recipients that fall into each category. The report also calculates the potential gain and potential total Risk Score if the inconsistencies identified by aCodec are addressed in the InterRAI Assessment.
